I worked for this company for 25 years beginning when it was Gordons in Kingsville today I stopped into your store in Kingsville to get a gift card for $100.00 . I was treated so rudely by your cashier at the courtesy desk I was shocked . no customers in area she was talking to four friends and completely ignored me. when they finally left I said good morning , she said nothing . I told her I needed a gift card for $100.00 . she said nothing . when she scanned the card she told me to give the duplicate receipt with the card . I said thank you have a nice day she said nothing. I am truly shocked that this Loblaw's company has gone so low with the staff that they hire or I should say have been hiring for a while . I did hear her tell her friends that she had been there for sometime . I was at your courtesy bar at 10.39 am on dec.10/2018 when this happened to me. pretty much all of the staff that I worked with are gone now and I have to say those were the best of the best . people in this town are talking about the bad customer service here in zehr's and I always stuck up for this store but not anymore . you lost me as a customer but down the road I will come back to see if the service has improved one more time . if it has not improved you will not see me here again .
